While he has been working as a lawyer for more than 20 years, the belief of the clients of the co-owner, the Law Firm, in the knowledge of the firm’s manager and the continuous trust in him were the two preludes that gave rise to the need to develop such a branch of business outside the Law Firm, but as its integral unit and property. At the same time, we have realized that such a service, regardless of how much my clients believe and trust in me, should not be based solely on legal knowledge.
The Law Firm has found partners who have adequate economic and financial knowledge and are trustworthy and able to work together with us in this branch of business.
The Joint-Stock Company, operating as a Fund Manager, is owned by an individual person and by the Law Firm in equal proportions.
The fund manager is a fund manager with the so called AIF legal status and its business activities are only limited to private, closed-end funds and to the creation and operation of venture capital and private equity funds.
Of course, we are also glad to serve our clients who are interested in individual asset management and wish to entrust us with their potential savings.
We are all certain that work performed with high added value, as well as the professional values we represent will bring benefits to our clients.
Therefore, we have launched our joint investment fund manager, which adapts a method known and liked in the Anglo-Saxon world that provides several unique benefits to the needs of our clients and to the legal environment of the European Union – as well as to the civilized norms of the 21st century.

May 7-9, 2024 one of the world’s leading international investor congresses, the AIM Congress, was held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. 174 countries reprsentetd in this Congress with 12,000 participants and 900 speakers.
One of the participants was EQUILIBRIUM CAPITAL, we were present at this prestigious event with our own stand. EQUILIBRIUM CAPITAL was represented by Yuldshev Khondamir, EQUILIBRIUM CAPITAL’s Regional Partner in Central Asia.
From January 12 to February 4, 2024, the EQUILIBRIUM CAPITAL team was on a business trip to Qatar and Kazakhstan.
